I have been wagering on the web or at brick and mortar gambling dens for a great many years. I have learned, the addiction usually will grab a hold of you and you won’t even realize it up until you are bankrupt. Especially if you are on a scoring streak. I have gone through uncounted thousands of dollars in a very little period of time and even still on occasion, I still go a bit too long. It seems you are just having fun up until you make a choice to pay attention to your squanderings and the guilt sets in, and then you keep advising yourself "I am able to earn it back" ad infinitum. It doesn’t work. Then you feel sick to your stomach and the more you attempt the quicker you throw away.
When you find that you are in the black, Remain Ahead! When you start to lose, do not convince yourself, "well only 1 more" over and over again, believe me, this technique RARELY ever works. Say you are playing on slots, have a value separate before starting your gaming. DO NOT exceed this restriction, no matter how tempting. If you happen to earn, put the winnings in a separate pot. Do not wager your earnings no matter what. Once you have gambled through your beginning set limit, stop. Call it quits, whether it’s on the net or in a land based casino, don’t stick around. Always remember, there no doubt will be other days, other times. Clearly, this process can function for any game that you gamble on, be it bingo, poker, electronic poker, keno, chemin de fer or any other game.
Remember, wagering is supposed to be entertaining not backbreaking, appalling work! If you are not enjoying yourself, you don’t belong there. If you cannot manage the losses, do not even begin.
