I have been gaming on the net or at land based casinos for a good many years. I have learned, the fixation is able to take a hold of you and you will not even see it till you are beaten. Specifically if you are on a run. I have been through countless tens of thousands of clams in only a tiny period of time and even today, I still go a bit too far. It seems you are only enjoying yourself till you make a choice to consider your loss and the guilt sets in, and then you continue advising yourself "I could gain the money back" ad infinitum. It never works. Then you feel queasy in your gut and the harder you try the quicker you spend.
When you find that you are in the black, Remain Ahead! When you start to fritter away, don’t convince yourself, "well just one more" a number of times, trust me, this technique RARELY ever operates. Say you are gambling on slot machine games, keep a value separate ahead of beginning your gambling. DON’T go over this threshold, regardless of how tempting. If you happen to earn, put the winnings in a different canister. Do not risk your winnings at any cost. Once you have played through your beginning set cutoff, stop. Leave, whether it’s on the net or at a real life gambling den, do not stay around. At all times remember, there will be other days, other times. Clearly, this method can work for any game that you play, be it bingo, poker, video poker, keno, blackjack or any other game.
Keep in mind, gambling is supposed to be enjoyable not exhausting, appalling work! If you aren’t enjoying yourself, you don’t belong there. If you can’t afford the hit, do not ever begin.
