If you enjoy a cocktail every so often, keep your money out of the casino if you set out to do your consuming in a casino. I’m serious. Leave your handbag, your billfold, and leave all cash, credit cards and checkbooks out of the casino. Grab only the money you expect to use on alcohol, tips and few dollars you expect to throw away and keep the remainder behind.
Pessimistic? Absolutely not. Realistic more like. You can have a success following a intoxicated night out with your buddies and be blessed sufficiently to hook a long roll at a smokin craps table. Keep that account because it is as short-lived as it gets if you consistently drink alcohol and bet. These activities just don’t mix.
Leaving your money back at the hotel is a bit drastic, but defensive actions for drastic actions is necessary. If you bet to win, then don’t consume alcohol and gamble. If you are able to afford to blow your $$$$ nary a worry, then drink all the no charge beer your stomach can handle, but do not pack plastic credit and checks to throw into the mix of following squanderings after your hooched up brain squanders every little thing!
Allow me to carry this one step more. Don’t drink and then hop on the net to gamble in your preferred casino either. I love to beverage from the coziness of my home, however considering that I am hooked up through Neteller, Firepay and have credit cards at my fingertips, I can not consume alcohol and gamble.
What’s the reason? Even though I do not drink a lot, once I drink alcohol, it is absolutely adequate to cloud my common sense. I wager, so I do not consume alcohol when betting. If you are a drinker, don’t bet when you do. Both make for an awful, and costly, drink.
